Who’s Afraid of Kim Jong-il?
February 22, 2011 238 CommentsA piece of mine for RT: Who’s afraid of Kim Jong-il? Should we be afraid of him, because he’s going to blow up the world? Or should we not be afraid of him, because he’s a looney tune that’s just acting like a baby throwing a fit? Personally I’ve never met the man so I can’t quite say…

[..YouTube..] If you have to wonder why North Korea is such a threat, you might want to look up “Kimjongillia” and “Inside North Korea”.Yes, a country that makes (not lets, makes) 10% of their population starve to DEATH is a threat to everybody. The nuclear bomb test issue isn’t even the tip of the iceberg.

[..YouTube..] Korea is not a security threat to the continental United States, that is why most Americans didn’t care about the Korean War, and that’s why it was called the “Forgotten war.”Why should Americans be afraid? U.S. is 8,000 miles away from East Asia, and N. Korea is developing nukes for self-defense purposes in case America attacks again.
