Should Twitter be made to give up usernames?

Every week, I hit the streets of NYC for RT to get opinions from passersby about items in the NEWZ. Up this week: a New York court has ordered Twitter to give them information about a user who was arrested for inciting violence. And the internet was all, oooooh you can’t do that! Privacy! Anonymity! But what if people are using the Internet to hurt others in reality? And what about the fact that, if you post something on the Internet, you are basically screaming it out a window so it’s no longer private? This week, let’s talk about THAT.
