One of pieces for RT: With almost $US 800 billion to stimulate the economy, many wonder if the US government can be trusted to spend the money wisely.

That’s true. That’s why they are all calling for it. Bush Sr. even called for it, under the banner of the United Nations. Democratic and Republican candidates are all on the SAME team, it’s just one big fake wrestling match in front of the cameras for the American sheeple. It really disgusts me what’s happened to this country and so many people are too stupid and ignorant to see the real truth because they haven’t educated themselves on core issues.

The Obama administration is not perfect, but it is a VAST improvement to the secret government run by Bush and Cheney. The wealthy class would love nothing better than one world government achieved by undermining the global economy. Where there are political boundaries there need to be economic boundaries as well.

The plutocracy has sodomized the middle class for too many years now. The new plan is going to increase the money supply and loosen up credit so people and businesses will start barrowing again. In other words they are replacing the rotten carrot on a stick with a new one. But this time the donkey is exhausted, past middle age, deep in dept, and possibly unemployed. The people know they have been burned by trusting the American government.

I wish there were a thumbs-sideways button for this comment. You are partially right in that the public should be educated to live sustainably however it is entirely the governments fault because they are controlled by the fed which regulates banking,currency,and interest & one call from the elite lets the banks loan money to peeps who they already know can never pay via income tax 69,000 page irs code. next step is commercial realty, no jobs, depression, martial law, antichrist,mark of beast.

Profit motivates government. They hype swin flu. The vaccine probably kills you. Rohm Emanuel explained that crisis is an opportunity to do what was not possible before. 911, the economic collapse, swine flu, etc . . . The government works against our best interests. The bankers who own all of us would to send us to their labor camps to work off the debt. It’s only a matter of time. Oh thank you great benefactor.

Bush instigated the whole mess in the first place. Initiate a program where every American can own their own home, and thus reduce reliance on the government for public housing . Low Doc loans with ridiculously low re-payments. Package up the mortgages as Collaterilised Debt Obligations and sell them off to foreign entities. Housing market over-heats, jack -up interest rates and the shit hits the fan. Everyone defaults, housing prices plummet and global debt instruments of no intrinsic value.

The government controls the police force (guys with guns), the National Guard (guys with bigger guns), and the army (guys with huge guns, tanks, artillery, missiles, bombers, cruisers, destroyers, submarines, fighters, etc.).If they were really out to get you, don’t you think you’d already have been gotten? If they’ve not shot you dead yet, it’s pretty safe to trust them with a few other responsibilities, especially OPTIONAL ones such as a public health care plan…

Congress/ Senate = Experts to make MAJOR “CEO” decisions about Banks, Car Companies/Development, Investments, The Environment, Health Care, Warfare, Education, Business Mgt? They act like they have a PHD within every Sector in the world. So smart they don’t even need to read a bill before signing it because they just know. Not even saying they are bad people, but how can you trust anyone in that position? People spend a lifetime to become “kind of good” in one of those areas!

The governments having these things depends on tax revenue and soldiers willing to shoot their own. If they act unrestrained they destroy revenue and turn the whole population against them. We have too many guns for this to be an option. The military, under Clinton, has already conducted polls to see if soldiers would turn on their own and it was a failure for them.
