[..YouTube..] @mscheesymac Also, the War on Drugs is racist, turns the State against the people, interfering with treating people who need and want help, pushes drug users, abuser, and addicts into being criminals, and is hypocritical. Alcohol and tobacco are far more dangerous than any drug that is illegal, including Crystal meth, cocain, and heroin. Weed, enemy number one in the War on Drugs, is the safest of all illegal drugs, with over 100 medical benifits. Hemp isn’t a drug, but it’s illegal.

[..YouTube..] @mscheesymac Are you for ending the War on Drugs, and believe in legalizing all drugs, so the various states of the U.S. can regulate them, giving the states a better ability to control the drug problem? The War on Drugs hasn’t worked, and will never work, and only makes drugs worse, and creates a free for all, giving criminals the right to sell drugs to 7 year olds. You don’t see this with alcohol or tobacco. Basically, young people have easy access to drugs when they are illegal.

So tell me, if our laws were based off the Ten Commandments, how would I get away with this. You see, this is what the ACLU is all about, protecting my right to say what I want and express what I want. Those are Human rights, which, to me, are the basis of good morals. Unalienable Rights, like the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness, were a major influence on the constitution, with the Bill of Rights basically protecting these unalienable rights. So, the idea that the ten commandments are where we get our laws, laws that the ACLU protect, laws laid out by the constitution, is false. Religion that controls the state – theocracy – was one of the main reasons the colonists rebeled.

Human rights are inalienable rights, god given right we are born with, that we hold in a state of nature, before government of any type, which means they are universal, and it is the job of Governments to protects those rights, like the right to self ownership.
