Tort Reform: No Sweet, Nor Just, Dessert

Politicians like to toss around the phrase “tort reform” as a campaign platform that sounds sweet, like a warm apple pie that will henceforth be baked without hydrogenated oils. In actuality, it’s a potential threat to your Seventh Amendment right. Our politicians continuously slash our constitutional rights, and this is precisely how they do it: they hang on to phrases like tort reform and repeat them enough times until the sheeple have them burned into where their brains should be, so that they no longer feel the pain of losing yet another right as a free American. Wake up, people!
